About me

I'm Adrià Bagó Flaquer, a criminal lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association under number 43697. My vocation for criminal law began at Pompeu Fabra University and has continued throughout my professional career. Both in my Bachelor's degree and in my Master's degree in Law, I chose to specialise in this subject. By the end of my studies I had the opportunity to do my internship at one of the most prestigious criminal law firms in Barcelona (Melero&Gené Advocats) and, upon completing it, I continued working there as a lawyer.

During my early years at the firm, I was involved in a large number of highly complex cases, some of which received wide media coverage. As a result, I have also participated in drafting appeals to high national and European courts (Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, European Court of Human Rights, etc.).

At the same time, I completed my training and gained experience. In terms of training, I completed a Master's Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences at the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University, probably one of the most selective and prestigious in the country. In terms of experience, in addition to my work at the law firm, I worked as a public defender, where I have handled hundreds of cases that have given me a very broad view of the subject.

At the beginning of 2023, I was hired by one of the most important law firms in Spain (Cuatrecasas) and joined the Criminal Law Department. There, I was able to improve my skills alongside great professionals, working on complex white-collar crime cases.

This comprehensive career path has allowed me to discover what I need to offer clients in order to resolve criminal cases satisfactorily:
